The development of the Factory System and the amazing achievements of entrepreneurs such as Richard Arkwright, Jedidiah Strutt, and Sir Thomas Lombe are told in this evocative drama/documentary, filmed entirely on location in cottages, cotton mills and the beautiful countryside of Derbyshire and the Peak District.
